What you will do

  • Own the full production lifecycle of global activations from initial brief through on-site execution and post-event content capture.
  • Translate brand narratives into physical experiences, managing venue selection and run-of-show documents.
  • Build and manage a global roster of production agencies, AV vendors, and experiential creative partners.
  • Partner with field marketing, customer success, and sales to ensure activations align with broader campaigns.
  • Plan for and produce real-time content generation during every experience.
  • Manage multi-event budgets with operator-level precision and negotiate vendor contracts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in event and experience production.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven experience producing activations across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Strong communication skills for writing crisp briefs and detailed production plans.
  • Ability to solve complex production problems calmly and creatively under compressed timelines.

  • Experience working within experiential, integrated, or brand experience agencies.
