Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Consultancy background, with Big 4 or similar experience strongly preferred.
• Industry experience in banking, financial services, or payments.
• Strong exposure to large-scale transformation or change programmes.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and structure complex problems.
