What you will do
- Lead complex client engagements from project design through to successful delivery.
- Define strategic approaches for operating models, business transformation, and process design.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-Suite executives, articulating complex solutions to business problems.
- Manage and motivate project teams, supporting professional development and personal effectiveness.
- Drive business development efforts by communicating the firm's value proposition and building long-term client networks.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure high-quality deliverables within budget.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of proven experience in consulting or change projects within financial institutions or technology vendors.
- Deep understanding of distribution within the Life, Pensions, Retail Investments, and Wealth sectors.
- Significant experience with Target Operating Models, client onboarding, or back-office operations.
- Proven track record in business development and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.
- Business language fluency in English.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent professional experience.
