What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end change management for digital workplace and IT transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, impact assessments, and adoption analyses.
  • Build and implement change management plans using Prosci and ADKAR methodologies.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, webinars, and user coaching.
  • Create engaging adoption and learning materials, including user guides, FAQs, and digital content.
  • Support employees in adopting Microsoft 365 solutions and AI-powered collaboration tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Communication, Change Management, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Change Management or Digital Transformation projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Prosci / ADKAR methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot.
  • Fluent English; French is a strong asset.
  • Must be based in Belgium.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of AI adoption initiatives or digital workplace transformation.
