What you will do
- Lead end-to-end change management for digital workplace and IT transformation initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, impact assessments, and adoption analyses.
- Build and implement change management plans using Prosci and ADKAR methodologies.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, webinars, and user coaching.
- Create engaging adoption and learning materials, including user guides, FAQs, and digital content.
- Support employees in adopting Microsoft 365 solutions and AI-powered collaboration tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Communication, Change Management, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Change Management or Digital Transformation projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Prosci / ADKAR methodologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot.
- Fluent English; French is a strong asset.
- Must be based in Belgium.
