What you will do

  • Research and resolve customer chargeback and reversal requests for multiple dispute reason codes.
  • Analyze cardholder and merchant account transactions to determine coverage under federal regulations.
  • Apply appropriate credit or debit adjustments to accounts based on arbitration results.
  • Manage pending requests from work queues and assist in segmenting workflows based on complexity.
  • Compile aggregate statistics on chargebacks to identify patterns and improve customer service.

Requirements

  • College Graduate required.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Vertis, North Quezon City.
  • Amenable to working a shifting or rotational schedule.
  • Basic knowledge of card industry regulations and association policies.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • 6 months of experience in card dispute handling.
