What you will do

• Manage end-to-end data governance, validation, and consolidation for CSRD and ESRS metrics.
• Apply controlling principles (consistency, comparability, and reconciliation) to ESG KPIs and data processes.
• Collaborate with Financial Controlling and Internal Controls to align ESG data with group reporting standards.
• Perform quality reviews, variance analysis, and plausibility checks for sustainability disclosures.
• Design and implement ESG-related internal control systems (ICS) to ensure audit readiness.
• Drive automation and scalability in ESG reporting systems and data models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, Reporting, Audit, or ESG roles.
• Knowledge of EU CSRD, ESRS, and EU Taxonomy.
• Proficiency in SAP FI/CO and MS Office; experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Fluent in English for working in a global environment.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Cabuyao, Philippines.
