What you will do

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing for the Philippines, including data validation and timekeeping.
• Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory contributions.
• Perform payroll reconciliations, variance analysis, and statutory reporting.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries of moderate complexity.
• Partner with third-party payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.
• Support Finance teams with journal entries, general ledger activities, and audit documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience with Philippines payroll processing.
• Working knowledge of local payroll compliance and statutory reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in payroll systems, specifically Workday, and intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent task management abilities.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder and vendor collaboration.
