What you will do

• Provide first and second level support for workstations, mobile systems, and network services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software errors using diagnostics and performance tuning.
• Maintain and configure computer systems, network servers, and virtualization environments.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service guidelines.
• Manage inventory of team resources and handle user account provisioning and permissions.
• Collaborate with business units to act as a technical support resource for production teams.

Requirements

• Advanced understanding of Windows OS and proficiency in client hardware and software.
• Experience with systems deployment, monitoring tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with enterprise storage (SAN, NAS, iSCSI) and basic networking skills.
• Proficiency in production software such as Adobe, Maya, Zbrush, or Visual Studio.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and availability for week-long on-call rotations.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with users of varying technical competency.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Linux (RedHat/CentOS) or Mac OS administration.
• Experience in the production or entertainment industry.
• Passion for and experience with platform, computer, or video gaming.
