What you will do

• Provide technical support to all employees for hardware and software issues.
• Set up, repair, and modernize computer workstations and peripherals.

• Manage and troubleshoot local network and internet connectivity.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency required
• Previous experience in IT Helpdesk or technical support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair hardware components.
• Understanding of local networks and internet infrastructure.
• Strong teamwork skills and a patient, service-oriented communication style.
