What you will do

• Design fire safety solutions for timber buildings in building class 4 and 5.
• Coordinate with architecture, engineering, MEP, and building physics disciplines.
• Manage physical testing in the prototyping center and with external institutes.
• Contribute to long-term certification strategies for building products.
• Communicate with external consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Influence public discourse on fire safety regulations in Germany.

Requirements

• Proficiency in German and/or Austrian fire safety regulations and codes.
• Project experience in LP5+ project stage in Germany or Austria.
• Experience in timber construction.
• Fluent English and German skills.
• Experience with Rhino, Revit, or AutoCAD.

Nice to have

• Experience in residential buildings of building class 4 or 5.
• Experience in product certification.
