TL;DR

Location: Must be based in and have work authorization in Ethiopia (Addis Ababa).

Salary: $21,823 – $30,553 USD gross per annum.

What you will do

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas and logistics for staff and partners.
  • Manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee inventory tracking for office equipment, medical supplies, and organizational assets.
  • Ensure financial compliance by processing payments and maintaining accurate records for audits.
  • Support office administration and provide guidance to operations support staff.
  • Facilitate logistics for workshops, trainings, and field-based health program activities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in and have work authorization in Ethiopia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional experience in business operations, logistics, and office management.
  • Demonstrated experience working in an INGO in Ethiopia.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively.

Nice to have

  • Project management certification.
  • Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
