What you will do

  • Lead the financial control review framework across Real Assets entities to ensure independence and consistency.
  • Review and challenge financial information produced by third-party administrators.
  • Provide technical accounting oversight for complex transactions, judgements, and structural events.
  • Partner with auditors and internal stakeholders to support governance and audit processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in control frameworks, processes, and review methodologies.
  • Manage and develop a team of Financial Control Analysts, setting high standards for quality.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant with strong technical accounting expertise, including IFRS.
  • Deep understanding of financial control environments, governance, and audit processes.
  • Experience in Real Assets, Real Estate, or Private Markets environments.
  • Proven background in financial control, audit, or technical accounting roles.
  • Experience reviewing and challenging outputs from third-party administrators.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing or developing teams.
