What you will do

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and consolidated group management accounts.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with SaaS accounting standards and manage statutory reporting.
• Maintain and improve robust financial controls, policies, and compliance procedures across multiple entities.
• Lead multi-entity consolidation, intercompany accounting, and relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Improve financial systems, reporting automation, and operational workflows to support international growth.
• Partner with commercial teams on contract management, data accuracy, and revenue processes.

Requirements

• Must have the legal right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
• Significant experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role within SaaS, technology, or high-growth startups.
• Strong technical accounting expertise, specifically in group consolidation and SaaS revenue recognition.
• Proven experience managing audits and multi-entity structures.
• Advanced Excel and finance systems experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Campfire or NetSuite.
• Experience supporting PE/VC-backed businesses.
