What you will do

• Manage and nurture multiple client relationships while providing best-in-class service.
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, and quarterly/annual financial reporting.
• Consult with clients to implement fund administration software and automate accounting processes.
• Review client deliverables, including financial packages and ad-hoc requests.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop the private capital product suite.
• Mentor and train junior team members to ensure compliance and high-quality output.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Accounting services.
• Deep understanding of Fund Administration for private markets.
• Experience interpreting Limited Partnership Agreements and managing waterfall calculations.
• Proficiency in reviewing financial statements and ensuring IFRS/reporting framework consistency.
• Strong experience with general ledger systems and Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in London, England.

Nice to have

• ACCA, CPA, or CMA certification.
• Experience with IFRS or international financial reporting.
• Experience with Xero, Investran, or Quickbooks.
