What you will do
- Manage a book of approximately 30 enterprise accounts across EMEA, guiding customers from onboarding to mature adoption.
- Lead customer kickoffs, success planning, and QBRs to align stakeholders on goals and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor customer health and product usage signals to proactively identify risks and manage escalations.
- Quantify and communicate business value through ROI narratives tied to adoption and impact.
- Identify and progress upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Account Executives to drive NRR.
- Provide structured, actionable feedback to Product and Engineering teams to shape roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- Fluency in both German and English is required.
- Proven experience owning a book of business for enterprise SaaS customers, including end-to-end QBRs and onboarding.
- Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, authentication basics, and environment management.
- Commercial acumen with a track record of driving renewals and expansion.
- Must be based in Europe or be eligible for relocation to Germany via visa sponsorship.
- Experience operating within high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
Nice to have
- Degree or equivalent training in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
- Prior experience with or similar iPaaS and workflow automation platforms.
