What you will do

• Translate European strategies and assets into meaningful local implications for the German market and channels.
• Ensure local activations are interpreted and refined to elevate impact rather than merely translated.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for the Local Client Marketing Team.
• Translate client needs into focused strategic and creative briefings.
• Evaluate creative work and adaptations against brand fit, strategic consistency, and campaign objectives.
• Identify campaign learnings to continuously improve processes and adaptation models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Psychology, or a comparable field.
• 6-10 years of experience in Brand or Communication Strategy in an international Advertising Agency.
• Deep expertise in automotive marketing and complex product communication.
• Experience in Global-to-Local campaign adaptation and working with international stakeholders.
• Confidence working with market analyses, consumer insights, and performance data.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
