What you will do
- Lead integrated media strategies across the German market, uniting traditional ATL (TV, OOH, Print) with digital and data-driven channels.
- Define local media investment principles and manage high-stakes budget allocations to maximize cross-channel ROI.
- Drive digital maturity and innovation across Display, Video, Search, Mobile, Programmatic, and Social platforms.
- Synthesize complex data from multiple platforms into high-level insights to steer planning and continuous optimization.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of local media planners and strategists, ensuring operational excellence.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with senior client leadership and top-tier media owners.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in media planning, buying, and strategic management (agency or client-side).
- Proven expertise in managing multi-million-euro budgets, specifically within the automotive sector.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing high-performing media teams.
- Deep proficiency in GA4, Google BigQuery, and major DSPs.
- Professional working proficiency in German and English.
- Must be based in or able to work in Frankfurt, Germany (Hybrid).
