TL;DR
Creative Strategist, Growth Marketing: Build and optimize ’s paid and organic marketing creative for Germany with an accent on data-driven creative testing, platform-native social strategy, and cultural nuance. Focus on designing creative experiments (including lift studies and attribution/measurement), leading the full creative cycle, and supporting conversion across the funnel through CRO initiatives.

What you will do
- Own the full creative cycle (research, briefing, production, editing, and analysis) and drive sprint cycles with regional and global teams.
- Analyze performance dashboards to identify winners, diagnose underperformance, and design creative tests, lift studies, and attribution experiments with analytics partners.
- Lead organic and paid social creative strategy for German audiences across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Own UGC briefing, localisation, and market insight by reviewing creator content for brand fit and platform optimization.
- Collaborate with in-house and agency teams, including media buyers and cross-functional partners across Brand, Product Growth, and Analytics.
- Support conversion across the funnel by contributing to CRO initiatives for acquisition journeys.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in creative strategy or performance marketing across paid and organic social.
- Deep understanding of platform-native formats and frameworks to test, learn, and scale creative.
- Experience using performance dashboards and measurement frameworks, including MMM and attribution.
- German: fluent and English: fluent (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong knowledge of the German market (not just surface-level familiarity).
- Experience briefing and iterating creative in cross-functional sprints; self-directed and ownership-oriented.
