What you will do

• Develop and lead client relationships using brand and talent marketing solutions to drive direct hiring and enhance hire quality.
• Scope and own project delivery with values of $150k+, managing invoicing, accounting, and reporting.
• Lead the development and performance evaluation of team members.
• Write strategic creative briefs and develop highly targeted talent marketing strategies based on market intelligence.
• Manage budgets and maximize ROI on all projects through proper tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities within RPO.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing (RPO, In-House, or Agency).
• Proficiency in German language.
• Ability to produce and analyze data to identify opportunities and drive strategic decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
