What you will do
- Own pipeline, sales process, and deal closures
- Collaborate with CEO to define go-to-market strategy
- Engage in outbound sales, demos, and contract negotiations
- Build early sales operations and reporting
- Provide product feedback based on sales insights
- Hire and grow the sales team over time
Requirements
- Must have 5–10+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience
- Experience in healthcare sales including hospitals and NHS
- Proven track record selling SaaS or AI products
- Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles
- Experience with AI, workflow tools, or healthcare data is ideal
