What you will do

• Identify, approach, negotiate, and close partnerships with financial institutions and ecosystem players.
• Own partner relationships from initial discussions through onboarding, integration, and go-live.
• Establish local operations, including regulatory requirements, policies, filings, and communications with regulators.
• Set local market strategy, define priority segments and partners, and build reporting, planning, and operating processes.
• Own monthly revenue, volume, and activation targets while improving partner productivity after launch.
• Share local market insights with regional and global teams and apply proven group playbooks locally.

Requirements

• Fluent Indonesian and English, written and spoken.
• At least five years of experience in technology, financial services, or a comparable commercial environment.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiation and partnership development.
• Cross-functional experience spanning commercial work, operations, regulatory matters, product, or related areas.
• Experience building a market, function, or business line from the ground up.
• Comfort with ambiguity, self-direction, and moving between strategy and execution.
