What you will do

• Execute the Partnership growth and development strategy within the APAC region.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of partners to increase pipeline, conversion, and revenue contribution.
• Work with partners on GTM activity, campaigns, and activations to drive qualified leads.
• Conduct product demonstrations and support partners in positioning solutions to merchants.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify capability gaps and improve partner performance.
• Perform outbound prospecting to develop new commercial partnerships.

Requirements

• Prior experience in partnerships, channel management, account management, or customer success.
• Proven B2B relationship building and communication skills.
• Experience in software sales is preferred.
• Ability to develop comprehensive reseller growth strategies.
• Must be able to work from the Sydney office.
