What you will do
- Drive predictable revenue and accurate forecasting.
- Lead, hire, and develop a team of Account Executives.
- Coach deals and pipeline using structured sales methods.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and RevOps to align strategies.
- Establish structure, rhythm, and accountability within team operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales environments.
- Expertise in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
- Strong coaching skills focused on improving team performance.
- Data-driven approach to strategy and execution.
