TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Responsible for outreach to prospective clients to identify potential customers and schedule qualified appointments for the field sales team with an accent on cold calling, emails, and social outreach. Focus on managing a book of accounts and setting the strategy for effective book management.

Location: This is a hybrid role, working three days a week in our beautiful Newcastle Australia Office

What you will do

  • Raise awareness and generate interest for hirify.global through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers.
  • Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives.
  • Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums of 80-100 activities (calls + emails).
  • Manage your own book of accounts and set the strategy for effective book management.
  • Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of sales experience (ideally as an SDR) working with Enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have a high degree of resilience, enabling you to bounce back from setbacks.
  • You possess a player mindset; you strive to grow and develop and never back down from a challenge.
  • Ability to complete a minimum 8-hour in-office workday.
