Location: Must be based in Australia (preference for Sydney or Melbourne)

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives in the APAC commercial segment.
- Drive regional pipeline generation and ensure consistent attainment of revenue targets.
- Establish an operating cadence for forecasting, pipeline inspection, and deal reviews.
- Scale sales processes using CRM data and repeatable best practices.
- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product to optimize the customer journey.
- Hire and retain high-performing talent while fostering an inclusive team culture.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading SaaS sales teams in commercial or mid-market motions.
- Deep understanding of APAC regional nuances regarding hiring and deal execution.
- Proven track record of coaching sellers and improving forecast quality.
- Experience building repeatable new-business and outbound sales motions.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM metrics.

Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies like MEDDIC.
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple APAC time zones.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
