What you will do

  • Manage, grow, train, and lead a team of Account Executives to achieve annual quotas and quarterly targets.
  • Drive regional bookings goals through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and maintain high pipeline accuracy within Salesforce.
  • Perform outbound activities to build a robust revenue pipeline and target key decision-makers.
  • Nurture relationships with market influencers, consultants, and partners to generate leads.
  • Provide market feedback and competitive analysis to assist in product development.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sydney, Australia
  • 5+ years of success in building, leading, and coaching a high-performing SaaS AE team.
  • 10+ years of total experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Expertise in MEDDPICC and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Proven ability in accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Experience working in high-velocity sales environments.

Nice to have

  • Past experience within the HR tech space or with HR-tech products.
