What you will do
- Manage, grow, train, and lead a team of Account Executives to achieve annual quotas and quarterly targets.
- Drive regional bookings goals through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle and maintain high pipeline accuracy within Salesforce.
- Perform outbound activities to build a robust revenue pipeline and target key decision-makers.
- Nurture relationships with market influencers, consultants, and partners to generate leads.
- Provide market feedback and competitive analysis to assist in product development.
Requirements
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia
- 5+ years of success in building, leading, and coaching a high-performing SaaS AE team.
- 10+ years of total experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Expertise in MEDDPICC and value-based selling methodologies.
- Proven ability in accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline management.
- Experience working in high-velocity sales environments.

- Past experience within the HR tech space or with HR-tech products.
