Location: Must be based in Australia (Hybrid, including approximately 25% travel to customer jobsites and offices)

What you will do
- Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Deliver onboarding refreshers, tailored training sessions, and usage reviews to maximize product engagement.
- Monitor account health and usage trends to proactively identify risks and drive customer engagement.
- Conduct discovery to understand customer workflows and recommend best practices aligned with business goals.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and product capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer health and activity using Salesforce and Catalyst.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience facilitating onboarding, training, or customer engagement programs.
- Construction industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage a book of business totaling $5M+ across 30-100+ accounts.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Catalyst, Gainsight, or other CS platforms.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to customer jobsites and offices.
