TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Driving adoption, satisfaction, and retention across mid-market and enterprise commercial accounts with an accent on onboarding, enablement, and proactive communication. Focus on maximizing time-to-value, monitoring account health, and identifying expansion opportunities within the construction industry.

Location: Must be based in Australia (Hybrid, including approximately 25% travel to customer jobsites and offices)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Deliver onboarding refreshers, tailored training sessions, and usage reviews to maximize product engagement.
  • Monitor account health and usage trends to proactively identify risks and drive customer engagement.
  • Conduct discovery to understand customer workflows and recommend best practices aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and product capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer health and activity using Salesforce and Catalyst.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience facilitating onboarding, training, or customer engagement programs.
  • Construction industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage a book of business totaling $5M+ across 30-100+ accounts.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Catalyst, Gainsight, or other CS platforms.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to customer jobsites and offices.
