What you will do

  • Proactively engage with prospective clients to identify, qualify, and generate interest in hirify.global’s products.
  • Conduct market research to identify target industry segments and stay informed on CRM and low-code automation trends.
  • Partner with sales executives to strategize lead quality and ensure seamless hand-offs of qualified opportunities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by maintaining accurate activity records and account data within the CRM.
  • Execute personalized outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to build a strong prospect pipeline.
  • Refine outreach techniques and adopt best practices to continuously improve prospecting success.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an SDR, staffing, or related sales role, preferably in B2B SaaS, CRM, or automation software.
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads and meeting or exceeding KPIs to drive revenue.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and experience with prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator and Outreach.io.
  • Strong understanding of low-code development and CRM trends and their business impact.
