What you will do

• Drive spectrum monitoring business in the assigned region through pre-sales technical consultancy.
• Develop integrated technical-commercial proposals and steer bid teams through the full tender process.
• Forecast revenue and pipeline opportunities to meet regional targets.
• Collaborate with Business Development to capture market requirements and shape product roadmaps.
• Translate operational needs into technical designs, concise offer documents, and pricing strategies.
• Represent the spectrum monitoring portfolio at trade fairs and conferences to build customer networks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Solid experience in technical sales, business development, or pre-sales, preferably in spectrum monitoring.
• Proven record of selling complex public sector projects and winning new customers.
• Business fluency in English and German is required.
• Must be willing to travel internationally.
• Familiarity with public contract procurement procedures.
