What you will do

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new mid-to-large German medtech clients, focusing on Munich and Bavaria.
  • Lead consultative sales processes from first contact through discovery, solution shaping, and closing.
  • Build and develop a high-quality new-business pipeline focused on new-logo acquisition.
  • Engage credibly with senior stakeholders, including CEOs, CTOs, and Heads of R&D.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to craft customized value propositions and proposals that fit client needs.
  • Represent the company in relevant Bavarian medtech, innovation, and technology networks.

Requirements

  • Several years of successful new-business sales experience with a track record of closing complex deals.
  • A strong existing network of decision-makers in the Bavarian medtech or regulated health-product ecosystem.
  • Experience selling custom services (software, hardware, AI, or engineering) into complex technical environments.
  • Familiarity with regulated product development, specifically medical devices, diagnostics, or SaMD.
  • Fluent business German (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Ideally based in Bavaria.

Nice to have

  • Strong English proficiency for internal collaboration and international contexts.
  • Understanding of how agile development supports complex product development.
