What you will do
- Identify, approach, and acquire new mid-to-large German medtech clients, focusing on Munich and Bavaria.
- Lead consultative sales processes from first contact through discovery, solution shaping, and closing.
- Build and develop a high-quality new-business pipeline focused on new-logo acquisition.
- Engage credibly with senior stakeholders, including CEOs, CTOs, and Heads of R&D.
- Collaborate with technical experts to craft customized value propositions and proposals that fit client needs.
- Represent the company in relevant Bavarian medtech, innovation, and technology networks.
Requirements
- Several years of successful new-business sales experience with a track record of closing complex deals.
- A strong existing network of decision-makers in the Bavarian medtech or regulated health-product ecosystem.
- Experience selling custom services (software, hardware, AI, or engineering) into complex technical environments.
- Familiarity with regulated product development, specifically medical devices, diagnostics, or SaMD.
- Fluent business German (written and spoken) is essential.
- Ideally based in Bavaria.

- Strong English proficiency for internal collaboration and international contexts.
- Understanding of how agile development supports complex product development.
