What you will do

  • Proactively develop business and identify new opportunities for AutoStore solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial acquisition to contract closure.
  • Design and implement innovative sales projects, including budgeting and simulation.
  • Develop customized solutions that deliver significant value to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, continuous customer relationships.
  • Manage a dynamic sales pipeline to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Native or bilingual German proficiency and fluent English.
  • Solid track record in sales within intralogistics or automation.
  • Ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.
  • Background in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Flexibility to travel and stay overnight for customer visits across the DACH region.

Nice to have

  • Language skills in Baltic or East European languages.
