TL;DR

Account Executive (BDM, Advisory): Own the full sales cycle in Germany from self-generated pipeline to closed deals with an accent on new customer acquisition across Finance, Banking, and advisory sectors. Location: Based in Berlin or within a realistic commuting distance for in-person client meetings (Remote-first flexibility)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle in Germany, from self-generated pipeline to closed deals
  • Deliver sales targets through new customer acquisition
  • Create opportunities via cold outreach, networking, events, and in-person meetings
  • Build relationships with decision-makers in financial institutions and advisory firms
  • Share customer insights and provide updates
  • Participate in M&A events to enhance visibility
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales for revenue growth

Requirements

  • 1.5+ years of success in direct sales or business development in B2B or professional services
  • Experience in high-velocity sales and engaging decision-makers
  • Hunter mentality with track record in pipeline generation and high-value deal closures
  • Exceptional business communication for persuasive pitches and client discovery
  • Full professional proficiency in English (C1) and native-level German
  • Based in Berlin or realistic commuting distance

Nice to have

  • Background in SaaS, fintech, financial services, or information security
  • Experience selling into financial or advisory environments
  • Additional European language
