What you will do

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate high-impact partnerships within the Australian market.
• Design and execute GTM plans for product partnerships, including co-marketing and integrated roadmaps.
• Drive measurable growth in lead generation, seller acquisition, and pipeline contribution.
• Build and sustain executive-level (C-level) relationships with strategic partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Legal teams globally.
• Define and track KPIs to measure partnership success and optimize growth strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the payments space (Business Development, Strategic, or Product Partnerships).
• Proven track record of structuring and scaling high-impact partnerships.
• Extensive experience in executive-level negotiation and relationship management.
• Ability to connect partnership strategy directly to revenue and acquisition outcomes.
• Experience working with global teams to execute local strategies.
• Background in SaaS, Fintech, or Payments required (in-store experience preferred).
