What you will do

• Oversee all second-shift manufacturing operations to consistently meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Manufacturing Supervisors and front-line teams, fostering accountability and engagement.
• Direct production activities and manage staffing plans to achieve quarterly and annual operating plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Project Engineering, and Purchasing to ensure customer delivery commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys) and 6S activities.
• Track and present key performance indicators (KPIs) and corrective actions on a monthly basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• 10+ years of progressive production experience.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing both management-level and non-management employees.
• Proven experience in a systems manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, with SAP strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work second shift (3:30pm-12am) onsite in Horsham, PA.
