Location: Onsite in City of Industry, California

Salary: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate daily tasks, conduct shift huddles, and provide coaching to team members.
• Oversee production flow and resolve bottlenecks using MES and KPI dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and collaborate with QA to resolve material or equipment issues.
• Conduct 6S audits and strictly enforce PPE and safety practices.
• Monitor raw material and finished goods levels to prevent shortages and manage order modifications.
• Train new and existing employees on procedures, quality, and safety.

Requirements

• Must be based in City of Industry, California.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (door hardware preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Lead role.
• Proficiency with production tools such as Thrive MES, WMS, Excel, and ERP.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
