Facility Maintenance Engineer (Advanced Electronics)

Location: Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea; onsite facility role

What you will do

• Coordinate daily facility operation checks with onsite contractors, covering HVAC, utility supplies, safety, and maintenance services.
• Implement and support corrective and preventive maintenance programs.
• Develop construction schedules, perform critical path analysis and field inspections, and coordinate equipment and material marshalling.
• Review project design proposals, construction drawings, facility service proposals, and EH&S requirements.
• Support value engineering and contractor cost-cutting proposals.
• Provide technical review and reconfiguration support for R&D laboratories with specialized electrical and mechanical requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, facilities management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management and/or site facilities management.
• Technical comprehension and experience managing vendors.
• Fluent Korean and English are required.
• Additional technical degrees or certifications, including HVAC/refrigeration, electrical, or fire safety qualifications, are considered.
• Proactive and professional attitude.
