What you will do

  • Lead and supervise a shift-based team of AMHS technicians supporting factory operations.
  • Set daily priorities for maintenance, troubleshooting, and system support activities.
  • Manage functional duties including performance management, coaching, and technician development.
  • Monitor and report key operational metrics, shift performance indicators, and system availability.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for AMHS incidents to ensure timely resolution.
  • Drive the standardization and automation of operational processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, equivalent of 2+ years of management experience.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.
  • Not eligible for hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) or similar highly automated manufacturing systems.
  • Proven experience leading teams in a shift-based or 24x7 manufacturing environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to resolve systemic issues across organizational boundaries.
