What you will do

• Grow strategic accounts within the Retail/CPG vertical in Japan.
• Expand hirify.global use cases in existing and newly won accounts to maximize customer impact.
• Establish essential C-Level relationships across Engineering, Platform, Architecture, and Data Science roles.
• Plan, document, and drive the growth of hirify.global usage for your customers.
• Identify data use cases and buying centers to increase the platform's impact within organizations.
• Orchestrate internal hirify.global teams and ecosystem partners to optimize sales motions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience selling multi-million dollar complex software deals to the Enterprise segment.
• Proven experience selling to Enterprise Retail/CPG customers specifically in Japan.
• Deep knowledge of segment priorities, buying processes, decision-making cycles, and the Japanese ecosystem.
• Background in selling usage-based SaaS solutions or Data/AI/ML technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, value selling, and Command of the Message.
• Ability to build customer champions and manage collaborative teams to support expansion plans.
