Salary: $148,000 - $185,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage the entire sales cycle and own a territory with prospects and customers across various industries.
• Engage prospects about data and advanced analytics initiatives to develop more efficient operational approaches.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and sales engineering teams.
• Showcase the business value of the hirify.global DSS platform to enterprise-level clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software field sales.
• Proven track record of selling innovation and new concepts to large Enterprises.
• Strong adherence to a customer-centric selling philosophy and consultative approach.
• Ability to develop vision alignment and cultivate champions across different organizational groups.
• Comfortable traveling 30% to 50%.

Nice to have

• Experience in big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, or data integration.
