What you will do

• Manage and develop senior-level relationships with top venture capital funds, startup accelerators, and other ecosystem partners in APAC.
• Drive adoption and revenue growth for hirify.global’s APIs and applications, specifically among early-stage companies.
• Collaborate with Account Directors and cross-functional teams to execute technical engagements with startup teams.
• Represent hirify.global at regional startup ecosystem events and speaking engagements.
• Synthesize product feedback and market intelligence to improve the startup experience when building with hirify.global.
• Lead programmatic engagement for a broad range of early-stage companies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing high-value external relationships with founders, investors, and C-level executives.
• Background as a founder of a venture-backed startup, a venture capital investor, or an early employee at a fast-growing startup.
• Strong technical understanding of AI technologies and the current AI product landscape.
• Experience owning revenue and other critical business outcomes.
• Proven ability to navigate diverse cultures and ecosystems across the Asia-Pacific region (e.g., Japan, New Zealand, Kazakhstan).
• Professional proficiency in at least one regional business language (Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean) is strongly preferred.
