Role overview

You will own the full lifecycle of JV partnerships - from recruiting and closing partners to onboarding, coaching, and growing their performance. This role exists to build a high-performing partner base that consistently generates revenue, not just signups. Your impact is measured by partner quality, retention, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Recruit, qualify, and close high-quality JV partners with proven acquisition and closing capabilities
  • Onboard new partners, set clear expectations, and drive fast activation to avoid early drop-off
  • Coach partners on lead handling, follow-up processes, prioritization, and pipeline execution
  • Run performance reviews, partner calls, and accountability check-ins
  • Retain top-performing partners through measurable results and consistent performance tracking
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities within the existing partner base
  • Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and support teams to ensure partners are fully integrated and operational

What Makes You a Strong Fit:

  • 2+ years of experience in partner management, affiliate management, business development, or similar roles involving external revenue partnerships
  • Proven ability to sell partnerships, set expectations, and hold partners accountable for results
  • Experience coaching or managing external partners on execution and performance
  • Strong commercial judgment - able to distinguish high-potential operators from low performers
  • Experience managing 30+ active partner relationships simultaneously
  • High level of ownership, organization, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written and spoken English, used daily for partner communication and calls

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, or lead generation
  • Background in JV partnerships, affiliate programs, or revenue share models
  • Experience building or scaling a partner channel from early stages
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management tools, and performance tracking
