What you will do

• Maintain trusted, long-term partnerships with C-suite executives (CEOs, CFOs, CMOs) to ensure strategic alignment.
• Navigate complex health systems to engage departmental heads and service line leaders for AI application discovery.
• Evaluate and prioritize use cases based on healthcare economics, focusing on margins, labor capacity, and clinical outcomes.
• Drive consensus across competing internal stakeholders within $5B+ health systems.
• Orchestrate cross-functional efforts with Delivery, Clinical, and Product teams to transition opportunities into technical implementation.
• Drive exponential account expansion through increased enterprise utilization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in enterprise healthcare transformation, strategic sales, or management consulting.
• Exceptional commercial and clinical fluency to engage CFOs, CMOs, and CIOs effectively.
• Proven track record of closing or expanding $2M+ enterprise engagements.
• Political and strategic maturity to influence stakeholders in novel, budget-less categories.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ for high-touch, on-site discovery and executive engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MHA highly preferred.
