What you will do

  • Build and own the partner strategy, acquisition, and onboarding processes from scratch.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline as the primary success metric for the channel.
  • Collaborate with sales coaching agencies and RevOps consultancies to integrate Claap into their AI agent deployments.
  • Manage direct relationships with partners and conduct regular pipe reviews to convert leads into deals.
  • Develop systems and dashboards in HubSpot to track partner performance and attribution.
  • Work closely with the VP Partnerships & Ecosystem at hirify.global and Claap co-founders on strategic direction.

Requirements

  • Fluent business French and very strong English proficiency required.
  • Must be based in the European Union.
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS as a senior AE, CSM, or RevOps consultant, OR 3-5 years in B2B SaaS partnerships.
  • Proven track record of sourcing pipeline and managing partner relationships.
  • Deep passion for agentic AI and hands-on experience with tools like Claude, Dust, or MCP.
  • Strong commercial sharpness with an operator mindset for building scalable systems.
