What you will do
- Build and own the partner strategy, acquisition, and onboarding processes from scratch.
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline as the primary success metric for the channel.
- Collaborate with sales coaching agencies and RevOps consultancies to integrate Claap into their AI agent deployments.
- Manage direct relationships with partners and conduct regular pipe reviews to convert leads into deals.
- Develop systems and dashboards in HubSpot to track partner performance and attribution.
- Work closely with the VP Partnerships & Ecosystem at and Claap co-founders on strategic direction.
Requirements
- Fluent business French and very strong English proficiency required.
- Must be based in the European Union.
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS as a senior AE, CSM, or RevOps consultant, OR 3-5 years in B2B SaaS partnerships.
- Proven track record of sourcing pipeline and managing partner relationships.
- Deep passion for agentic AI and hands-on experience with tools like Claude, Dust, or MCP.
- Strong commercial sharpness with an operator mindset for building scalable systems.
