What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and develop a reliable supplier base meeting quality, cost, and delivery standards.
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes and conduct periodic re-bids on key spend categories.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with new and existing suppliers to drive annual cost savings.
• Manage purchase agreements and maintain accurate spend records in NetSuite ERP.
• Coordinate with operations and engineering to align procurement with production schedules and budget goals.
• Develop contingency sourcing plans to mitigate single-source risks.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years in a strategic purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role.
• Proven track record in negotiating supplier agreements and managing vendor performance.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus), Microsoft Office, and AI work integration.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting spend data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
