What you will do

• Create and execute long-term sourcing roadmaps for high-volume commodities to protect the business from market volatility.
• Lead negotiations for multi-million dollar Master Service Agreements (MSAs), defining pricing tiers and liability frameworks.
• Identify, vet, and audit Tier 1 global suppliers to ensure they scale with production volumes.
• Drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reductions through RFx, global benchmarking, and value-chain analysis.
• Map multi-tier supply chains to identify and eliminate single points of failure.
• Present sourcing business cases and "make vs. buy" analyses to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior-level experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Global Procurement.
• Proven success in sourcing for products scaling from initial launch to high-output production.
• Strong financial acumen to analyze supplier health and commodity market trends.
• Track record of managing international supply chains and navigating global trade compliance.
• Deep experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident; sponsorship for export-restricted work authorization is not available.
