• Lead the resolution of complex technical issues across customers, field teams, and the factory.
• Drive initiatives for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
• Support global accounts and travel as needed for critical customer engagements.
• Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing through e-Support and best practices.
• Identify gaps and implement process and performance improvements.
• Represent the company in high-impact customer situations.

Requirements

• BS or Master’s in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a production or field support environment.
• Proven ability to lead complex problem-solving and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence customers and internal teams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be local to San Jose, CA; no relocation or visa sponsorship provided.
