What you will do

• Install, commission, and calibrate electronic and control-based systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues in fielded equipment.
• Perform factory acceptance tests (FATs) and site acceptance tests (SATs) while supporting customer validation.
• Provide professional on-site and remote technical support to minimize customer downtime.
• Develop and deliver technical training materials and hands-on instruction for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Program Management to resolve issues and improve products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• 5 or more years of hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting complex electromechanical systems.
• Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and power meters.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including domestic and international assignments.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Buffalo, NY.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and safely use specialized tools.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting military airfields or defense aviation environments.
• Familiarity with navigation, surveillance, RF, or airfield systems.
