Salary: $58,800 - $87,560 per year

What you will do

• Install, repair, and maintain field equipment and provide necessary customer training.
• Document all inspections and repair work, ensuring paperwork is submitted in a timely manner.
• Manage the repair parts cycle, including ordering and installation of components.
• Assess equipment performance based on field data and recommend modifications or improvements.
• Provide technical support to customers and other service professionals.
• Maintain and calibrate tools and test equipment to ensure operational accuracy.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or Trade Certification in electrical, electronic, or mechanical fields (or 1-3 years equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems.
• Must successfully pass a federal background investigation and TSA vetting for Sensitive Security Information (SSI) access.
• Physical ability to lift/carry 80 lbs and move equipment up to 1000 lbs with assistance.
• Willingness and ability to travel at short notice and work flexible hours outside of Monday-Friday.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and aptitude for learning specialized software.
