Salary: $85,900 – $118,100 USD Annual

What you will do
- Provide technical guidance to customers to enable delivery of design, fabrication, and assembly goals.
- Assist with the development of complex product roadmaps and translate customer needs into new product specifications.
- Review customer requirements to identify potential issues and provide recommendations meeting both company capabilities and customer specifications.
- Coordinate product integration efforts between component suppliers, the company, and the customer.
- Develop and present technical seminars to promote manufacturing capabilities, services, and quality.
- Define initial project scope and prepare detailed project plans based on customer requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of related professional experience.
- Advanced operations, technical, and customer relationship skills.
- Expert knowledge of the function and thorough understanding of related business processes.
- Experience leading major initiatives and exercising independent judgment in ambiguous situations.
- Must be based in Texas, USA
