What you will do

• Provide technical guidance to customers to enable delivery of design, fabrication, and assembly goals.
• Assist with the development of complex product roadmaps and translate customer needs into new product specifications.
• Review customer requirements to identify potential issues and provide recommendations meeting both company capabilities and customer specifications.
• Coordinate product integration efforts between component suppliers, the company, and the customer.
• Develop and present technical seminars to promote manufacturing capabilities, services, and quality.
• Define initial project scope and prepare detailed project plans based on customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of related professional experience.
• Advanced operations, technical, and customer relationship skills.
• Expert knowledge of the function and thorough understanding of related business processes.
• Experience leading major initiatives and exercising independent judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Must be based in Texas, USA
