Salary: $42,000 - $96,000 per year

What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair Trace, X-Ray, CT X-Ray, and Cargo Inspection equipment at customer sites.
• Perform scheduled maintenance within deadlines and respond to emergency non-scheduled service calls.
• Maintain accurate field service logs, documentation, and parts inventory.
• Provide technical training and support to customers and other service professionals.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and product managers to recommend equipment modifications or improvements.
• Manage the repair parts cycle and ensure tools are properly maintained and calibrated.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree, Related Trade Certification (electrical, electronic, mechanical), or equivalent Military Training.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems.
• Must successfully pass a federal background investigation for Sensitive Security Information (SSI) access via the TSA.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs and maintain full body mobility.
• Computer literacy and competency in MS Office Suite.
• Willingness and ability to travel at short notice within the Denver area.
